Is what I can do to fully convince my mom to take me to get my navel / belly button pierced?

It is the story of the mother Yahoo! me, so I'll put this question through the hope that it will … I turned 16 last week, and state that I live in (Wisconsin), must be 16 or 17 years with the permission of the parent / guardian to any other body part besides pierced ears. Since I was I think almost 13 years, I wanted my navel pierced, and could not wait until I made 16 for … However, now that I 16, my mother is totally against it. It does not even give a reason for everything … just a flat "NO!". After asking why he is so in cons, she changes the subject. So how can I convince my mom to take me to get my navel pierced? Well, that's their right to oppose the choice of drilling navel, and are less 18, however, if you do some research and find a very clean tattoo / piercing studio to preform the job, then you might have a leg up little more in your argument. Most young women want to be part of the crowd or show some independence, but they do the drilling is the most common acquired started, hooked, infected, or rejected, so if you have a beautiful belly and I wear, try to use a string instead of the stomach and wait until you're 18 to do so.

Wisconsin nose piercing question….help? ?

Ok, So i’m 13 years old and I live in Wisconsin. I went on Avant-Garde’s website-they’re a body piercing shop. It has a section about legal requirements, and it says that people under 15 can’t get anything besides for their ear pierced.
Does this mean that I can’t get my nose pierced, because I’m only 13?
Orr….Can I get my nose pierced ANYWHERE in Wisconsin?

You probably need a parents consent.

13 is kinda too young anyways.
