Re-piercing navel?
When I was 16 I was stupid and let a friend pierce your navel, it is not sufficient and secondary is deep, my body started to reject it, so I took it out, but I have a scar where he was traded, but its been 4 years since it was made. Do you think you can get pierced by a professional today?
Oh yes fersure sweety. Its just gunna hurt slightly more than one person it did for the first time say.But if you get a good piercer you'll be fine
Piercings while on accutane?
I really want to get an industrial piercing and my tongue pierced…but I’m about to start taking accutane in a week.
My doctor didn’t warn me about piercings…just waxing, tattoos, birth defects (included with the whole ipledge thing), and that my lips will get really chapped…but I found online that accutane slows the body’s healing process.
I’ve heard of some people who got stuff pierced WHILE on accutane and everything was okay…but I’ve also heard some bad ones like where they had to take out the piercing because the accutane was making their body reject the piercing.
Will getting them done BEFORE the treatment make a difference? Even if it’s only a week before?
Has anyone gotten their tongue/industrial pierced while on accutane? How did it turn out?
you really should wait until after accutane.
i had my septum pierced (for a year and a half before accutane) and after two weeks on accutane i had to take it out because everywhere was so dry and it just hurt to move it around in my nose.
