How to convince my parents?

Hi I am living a common language, but I convince my mother to let me go to my friend has a piercing lip nose, but her mother wanted her to get one. and my other friend has the hip and I want to get gum tongue pierced piercing how I can convince I did research on how to ask a father, but t does not help that I can do. more my sister has one in the sense of my body if I want to get a piercing I should be able 2 b, it does any1 without asking. my mother is not really suppor in most things I do not like a tattoo with a hole that I can remove them considering outwhat I can do.
