I’m the type of individual who can’t have any sort of metal in my skin. So does that mean I can’t get or have any Tattoos, since the Ink needs to be for a certain kind of skin type that CAN take being pierced?

Tatto ink has some metal components to it. Most often it is a form of iron. So, you are probably out of luck.
