Ear piercing infection?

My ear lobe has been infected, but closed up today. infection may in itself? Of course, I'm going to see a doctor for treatment but I'm wondering is it possible that the body heal itself of infection alone? and what can happen if you do not receive treatment?

Like 3 weeks ago i had my ear pierced, then 2 days later it got infected, so i treated it with neosporin and peroxide for 2 weeks, it seem to have gotten better but figured there’s still some infection left, I read that hot sea salt works good so i tried some of that, only problem is when i soaked my ear the water may have been too hott and it got red and swollen, there seems to be some blisters from the burn and slight puss coming out. I immiediately took a cool shower and treated it with some neosporin. I dont think my piercing is infected, rather my earlobe is burnt, any body have any suggestion please!! I would love your suggestions..

I’d put aloe on the brun and when the swelling and blisters of the burn are gone, if there’s still an infection then go to the doctor and have him/her check it out for you. Were you putting rubbin’ alcohol on it to keep it clean before you got the infection? If not then do that when it gets better. In 3rd grade I got my ear pierced and the infection got so bad that my ear started to bleed, so keep it clean and that won’t happen lol
