How do you guys think about tattoos on women?

I'm starting college and I'm ready for a new look. I am not Tattoo Piercing is only the nose and im dying my hair a different color. Not to appear an innocent high school girl more. I have a very nice body and I imagine a pretty sexy tattoo on her back would be great and give me and excuse to show it.
