tattoo body piercing schools

If a child younger than her 18 piercings and tattoos?
If you say yes, I have a problem. My son who is 11 years old is obsessed getting a tattoo and piercing his chest. I, being an artist of heavy metal and punk, would say yes, if you say so. So I can give you advice on how to go a store to get a tattoo and body piercing? also need advice on how to hide your tattoos and piercings at school and in public? Many thank you! : ^)
Sure. Try again when he was eighteen.
How Do i become a Piercist?
I am looking in to things i want to do when i leave school, and i am really interested in Body mod. I could not be a Tattoo artist as my drawing skills are atrocious but i like the whole tattooing/piercing scene. I want to know how i could get a job, what i would need to do, and if i could just be a Piercist without becoming a Tattoo artist. Thanks.
You find an apprenticeship which lasts between 1 and 2 years and mainly consists of cleaning floors and reciting metals and their properties (or, if your boss has a slightly sadistic streak like mine, reciting jewellery materials and their properties while cleaning the floor)
After your apprenticeship’s up you have a year or so of supervised piercing
Most piercers require that you take a few shortish medical courses, mainly in blood borne pathogens, anatomy and first aid/CPR
Work in retail; get a standard counter job, learn how to keep customers happy
Go around every single piercing studio in your area and ask about apprenticeships. Don’t expect anything, 99% of places will happily turn you down without question because, quite frankly, they don’t need you
Do your homework; learn everything you can get your hands on ( http://wiki.bmezine.com is a good starting point, text books aimed at medical students are pretty great too) metals, chemicals, anatomy, jewellery types, risks and, most importantly, learn the bloody difference between keloids and hypertrophic scarring! (why is it that a good handful of piercers diagnose everthing as keloids?!)
Don’t pierce your friends, that’s just plain dumb, be responsible and realise that you know fuck all about piercing, no matter how much you think you know
And, last but not least, it’s piercER, not piercIST
