Vitamin E does not contribute reduce stress marks. I have none on my belly, but I can very easily and make it on my hips just to win maybe two pounds. I tattoo anything because it is a relatively high infection with hepatitis and may also lead to other infections. I do not think it would effect on the epidural, but in a different way.
