Can anyone tell me if you can buy a saline solution to clean contact lenses in pharmacies is adapted for cleaning the exterior of a oral piercing? It is the only pre-mixed saline were able to find.

It can be used, but the best for a piercing is rock salt, you can not beat it, dissolve in boiling water waiting for it a few cool, then soak a cotton ball in the water in the drilling and left there for several minutes without touching it, allowing the skin to absorb water salt.
