Someone mind posting a link on a typical surface piercings scar?
I think to get an eyebrow piercing cons but I am worried about scarring. I can not find a picture of what healing looks like after the fallout. HOW DO I GO ABOUT MAKING A GOOD IMPRESSION FOR AN INTERVIEW TO BE A BODY PIERCING APPRENTICE?
The owner of a shop might give me an oppurtinty to become an apprentice in his shop for body piercing. However before he makes his decision on hiring me or not he wants me to come by the shop this friday to hang out and feel me out to base his decision on wether or not id be suitable and worth the while of training me. I want to know how I can make a good impression as far as how I should dress and such. He already seen a picture of me and he knows and is cool with the fact I have my dimples pierced and other areas. TIPS and ADVICE please!! I really want this so bad since it is sooo hard to get.
another question, would an ed hardy shirt and ripped jeans not be appropiate although its very popular in the tattoo scene ??

Yep, dress fashionable, but not exposing way too much. Still appear “professional” even though you’ll be a piercer. Don’t give in to a “piercing cliche” way of dress. Don’t go in all ripped, full of crossbones, skulls, fishnets, because that’s what you’ve seen a lot of piercers wear. Be yourself.
Maybe he’ll ask your advice on what tools to use on someone, so do read up and be knowledgeable about piercings, and proper sterilization techniques, equipment, etc.
Be PERSONABLE. I’m sure this is going to be one of the biggest factors—how you engage with people in the shop. Are you polite, do you provide good information, or tips to people with questions? Can you engage a customer and have a full out conversation with them? Don’t wait for a customer to come to you, if they look outta place, confused, or maybe scared, go up to them. Ask them if they need help (this is if you’re allowed to be doing this), direct the person to someone who can help them, ask if they have any questions to come to you, etc.
