titanium vs gold body jewelry?

I easily get allergic reactions to fake jewelry, but I really want to pierce my nose. Should I go for a titanium or gold nose stud?

Gold is a noble (unreactive) metal but it’s often mixed with heavy metals such as nickle, which cause allergic reactions..

Nothing is titanium except titanium, I’d try that but it’s expensive and so light that if it fell out you probably wouldn’t even notice.

SO…

if you’re going to wear a silver metal that will not cause a reaction I suggest stainless surgical steel.
