About a piercing. What do you recommend for a scar caused by a hole in the surface?

I have a penetration rate of the surface I decided to pull my body closer to refuse 8 (I'm looking for the ointment, oil or any help that will leave a scar behind. Thank you!

there is a cream called Aquasol I use for acne scars. you can find it in pharmacies only, and is very cheap (in this case is 3 euros). actually is vitamin A and dexpantenol, and can be used for any type of scar (he says in the booklet inside).

What kind of piercing should I get?

I have a lip ring, but that’s it. I’m a guy obviously. I’m 21 years old. The only thing I wouldn’t get is septum/nose. I kinda like the surface piercing that goes right above the wrist. Is that a good idea? I hear that those piercings usually don’t work out because the body rejects it but if it would last I would do it.
