What are the laws of Michigan piercings and tattoos?
I'm 13 and want to get a tattoo. I could get a tattoo of a child in free schooling, but prefer to get it from a licensed tattoo artist. I always thought the law was 16 with parental consent, but I read this: "A person shall not tattoo, brand or perform body piercing on a minor unless the person obtains prior informed consent in writing of the child's parent or legal guardian. The youngest parent or legal guardian must sign the agreement in writing, reports required under this section in the presence of the person performing the tattooing, branding or piercing of minors or in the presence of a employee or agent of such person. "For me, it sounds as if he could get a tattoo in Michigan, if I have my mothers consent is that correct? because if I could convince her legal doubt. I'm 5'7 and I think I've grown so much as me, because I can spend more than 18.
If please PLEASE do not get a tattoo of a child in your school. Tattoo parlors are regulated and examined by a reason, so ensure they are operating safely and with sterilized equipment. It's only a bad idea to leave a lounge. Yes, you can get a tattoo in her age, with parental consent. His parent (s) must be present and sign a form. I would expect the greater good. I will not give speeches about how you could be sorry, but your body continues to grow, and depending on how they grow, can distort the tattoo as your skin stretches and grows as you age.
WHY pierce your tongue with this kind of documented data….?
Okay, I admit that I can’t stand the fad of tattooing and body piercing in general, I think it looks fugly, is silly and sheep-like (”I think i’ll go get a tattoo above my ass and a pierced nose….just like 38 million other sheep…”) and also asinine because it is permanent. But when I read something like this, I have to wonder again just WHAT is the point of mutilating oneself for the sake of a trend???
QUOTE:
“With any kind of mouth piercing, there’s a huge risk of infection if it’s not done in a really sterile environment. I’ve seen cases where we’ve had to cut out pieces of the tongue because the infection was so rampant. Even when things go well, virtually everyone I see with a tongue piercing has chipped front teeth. Don’t pierce your tongue.”

So….WHY do people pierce their tongues and take that kind of risk, when it doesn’t even look good in the first place???
It is because they are sad little people with no real will of their own who will do ANYTHING, including permanently alter their own body to fit in or be “cool” or rebel.
Although, how the heck is it “rebelling” when everybody and their grandma is doing it? At this point, you are a rebel if you decide to go tattoo and piercing-free!
These people are going to look REAL GOOD in the nursing home at age 80……hobbling along on their walkers with tattos sagging down on their ancient skin like melted moldy cheese or something.
….and when granny blows her nose and snot comes shooting out the hole in her nostril.
