When a good place to get your ears pierced?

My g / f wants to get her ears pierced as many years as she had done. Any suggestions on where you can get? A piercing place is enough? Thank you

Do not go to clear .. Jump to a place for body piercing. Clear is full of girls who occasionally pierced ears. Piercing shop stuff crosses all day so you know who know what they do. Did you know when you got the top of your ear pierced that in the UK it is classed as a body piercing because it can go wrong and cause the top of you ear too like collapse! Because I wanted it done and everywhere I asked said that (it was proper licesed places because I know if they could take my moeny without saying a word they would) so I was just wondering if anybody knew that! I know its probably not very likely but I’m too much of a wimp to take the chance :L! I did a little bit of research on this one website and it said nothing about that!xxx
