heyy, i’m getting my belly button pierced on wednesday, and i’m just wondering when you go to the body piercing place if there’s only one kind of barbell you can get to start? or is there like pretty kinds to start with?

If your shop pierces with barbells, usually there are many to choose from (different jewel colors). However, some shops pierce only with rings, not barbells. (I guess because rings turn easier and allow you to keep the piercing cleaner and keep it from drying out.) I’d check to make sure the shop you’re planning on going to pierces with barbells before you go.
