What is the best style and size of body jewelry for piercing VCH?

I recently received hooded and through me with a bar indicator curve 16. I ask again, but I do not know what is the best size for drilling. And if I stay away from the curved bars with adjustments tooth, because I think it can be uncomfortable. Suggestions? Thank you!
