How do I take care of a belly button pierced recently?

I just got that lasted nearly a week, wash it under Shower daily with Bath & Body Works Cucumber Melon foam antibacterial soap. In addition, every day I gymanstics so I'm in a leotard and put a bandage on my navel ring. I should not do? I'm afraid to stretch the navel when I hand again and other sources dating / Movements. What should I do? please help me.

Any professional body piercers out there? Plz answer: How long does it take for a tongue piercing to grow up?

I’ve had my tongue pierced for about 7 years now. I’ve always had jobs that allowed this, until now. I have a tongue retainer (clear) that I put in when I go to work, because I’m afraid it may grow up. I’ve always heard that a tongue piercing will grow up faster than any other part of the body. I was wondering if it would grow up in a 9 hour or so period of time or if I’ve had it pierced so long that it would possibly take days to grow up. I’m getting sick of having to put this tongue retainer in everyday for work. If I could go all day w/out it, then put my tongue bar back in after work, that would be great…is it possible w/out it growing up on me?

close up? umm… i had my tongue piercing in for a couple months before i took it out and it didn’t close. i’ve actually had it out now for a few months and i could probably still get a bar through it. it really just depends on the person. i’ve known people’s piercings to close up after a day. if i were you, i’d take it out right before entering the building and try putting it back in during every break just to make sure it hasn’t closed.
