questions about piercings?

My friend and I had a conversation yesterday, and we talked impressions. and he said he was concerned by this kind of impression you would in your family there then to deal with because of my obsession with body art and piercings, live in a conservative culture Asia. I do not know, I've already dropped the idea of tattoo-ing for him, but I'm not ready to drop the piercings bits. I still have my nose done, and a little more in my ears, but I push the bar further and get a lip ring? also, how painful it is a lip ring right under the nose, and what are the possible complications?

Just do it:) You can still use restraint to hide its parents. You can also go out with her tattoo conservative, and in areas that can cover with clothing. Come to a negotiation that is happy. Siginifigently piercing lip less painful, I could not feel mine is. They are very easy to maintain, unless you use mouthwash after every meal and do not smoke.

Piercings question….?

Ok so im 18 and female and im currently debating whether to get either a NOSE, EYEBROW or MONROE piercing.

Ive had my nose pierced before but they did it with a gun (so i dont know what its like with a needle) and i took it out because of school, but now ive left school and im not sure whether to get it done again.

I love eyebrow piercings but ive heard they are often rejected by your body. Is there any way you can prevent this (ive heard taking zinc tablets works??)

I think the monroe piercing is the one im most unsure of. The main thing is the scar it will leave if i decide to let it heal up.

SO… id just like some general info about each of these piercings…
such as painful/not painful… healing times… downsides..?

And DONT answer if ur just gunna say piercings are wrong or ANYTHING like that. thanks in advance [=

Eyebrow:
There isn’t anything you can do to prevent rejection, but basically if you have a prominent brow it’s less likely to reject – it’s more likely to if there isn’t really enough tissue to pierce. This really doesn’t hurt too bad, it’s just like a hard pinch. Mine took about two months to heal, and I hear this is around average.

Nose:
This does hurt, but the pain is over very quickly. DEFINITELY get it done with a needle. Mine was healed in just over six weeks – the downside is that for a girl this is a less original piercing than the other two, but it is more likely to look good.

Monroe:
I don’t have one myself, I don’t think they look very good, but anyway I have been told that they heal in around two months, and that the pain is not too bad. I’ve heard it is less painful than having ear cartilege pierced.

Good luck!
