What is the best way to clean a piercing neck?

I just got a piercing and her neck a little difficult to clean. What is the best how to clean others have tried? I tried everything, holding my head in the sink, but I have to soak and it does not work, I tried to soak Towles paper with the solution and keep it there, but it does not seem very well Celan. If you clean the hole with antibacterial soap, you can do in the shower. Simply spray the piercing down, water and soap. If you try to do a sea salt soak, you can try using a paper cup. Dixie Cups are flexbile and if you're fast enough and coordinated can get one at the back of his neck and form a gap in the hole for cleaning. Wear your hair up or pulled to the side for a while, and clothes that don’t touch it. Mine rejected from getting irritated from clothes & hair
