Nape Piercing Migration?

I have 12 facial piercings and body I had great luck with the healing process up I 18 months ago through the neck, has not been a problem until a family member kissed me enough strong for about eight weeks and making it move! Can anyone give me some tips on how to stop it? I went to see my doctor for antibiotics, but he says that I must leave! I do not want to drill your favorite: '(
