How can I convince my mom to let me have a piercing?

Hello, I want my tragus pierced, but I'm too old to yet. I'm trying to convince my mother. the thing is, a few months ago, I gauged my ears and my parents did not know and had a baby about it! my mother is well with my counter now, but still do not like or trust me to make decisions for my body. I asked my belly button pierced, but she said no, perhaps for summer, though. Now, I do not want so much because of things I've heard, but I want a smaller hole, my tragus pierced. I asked her and she had no idea what it was haha. I showed her the part of the ear is, and she said nothing. What I can try to convince and mature about this? * The only thing is that if she says no, I could do it anyway for myself. I put that when I try to convince him or not? would only freak out about what? please help:)

I heard that tragus piercing the ear is the most painful piercing you can get and where there is more cartlige there is a large amount of blood flow in the region which means more time for healing (the top of my industry has never recovered), so based on my advice not to do yourself. I'll let someone experience w if the leg that you could get scarring and it would hurt twice as bad and even take longer to heal when you want to go do things properly. Urself threaten to do so childish and manipulative, you have plenty of time and probably near of legal age and if she says no, why not wait? That's what I should do and gave me more time to think and decide what I wanted because my case was permanent.

do you have experience with nose piercings?

1) how bad does it hurt
2)my mom is against me getting one. but i think im old enough to make decisions for my body. (16,almost 17) she thinks that i will just end up taking it out and an ugly scar hole will be there forever.
3) from your experience do you think i could sleep with it, then take it out in the morning, then put it back in when i go to school, then take it out when she comes home? is there a way of avoiding her finding out with out it closing up?
4)how often do you have to clean it?
5) is there a noticeable mark when the piercing is out?
6) do i have to have a parent there for legal reasons, or could i have anyone over the age of eighteen?

Yes, I have one.

1. It hurts pretty bad but I’m cool with pain so a few seconds of pain doesn’t make me curl up in a fetal position white and crying.

2. I can understand why your mum is against it. Most responsible parents don’t want their kids’ faces flooded in metal. You probably won’t end up taking it out, cos’, well you can’t really! I know people who have gotten theirs taken out (by the piercer) and it doesn’t leave any scar.

3. Yes you can sleep with it. It hurts a week or two after you get it done so be careful when you sleep as it does poke out sometimes when it’s fresh and you have to poke it back in (which is painful and bleeds sometimes).

4. I always spray mine with a piercing after care spray and I do it regularly as the bastard doesn’t like to heal! (I’ve had mine for a few months). DEFINITELY recommended because they are incredibly susceptible to infections, depending on how much make up you wear (make up always gets in the way).

5. See above. No mark to my knowledge.

6. A parent has to sign to give permission. But you might be able to bring an older person who looks like a possible mum. But don’t cos’ your mum will flip out, probably call the place you got it done and abuse them hardcore!
