what piercing should i get?

I want a new piercing but idk what to get.
right now i only have a left lobe piercing.
i was thinking about my left nipple but with ankle surgery coming up crutches might bother it, along with physical therapy.
i also want one that wont cause too much pain
i dont mind a little but if its going to last a while after getting done its not for me.
also i dont want anything with the risk of migrating

preferribly an ear piercing because i cant have facial piercing where i work
and im a guy so i dont want anything that will look gay
i was considering my nipple because i randomly wanted a piercing and i wouldnt have to worry about it for jobs
