I'm 16 and I have puffy nipples ..?

I'm 5'10 and 144 pounds, so I'm not fat. I just fat the body, but my nipples are puffy (I have my breasts peaks are more or less flat). have swollen, or in 14 or 15 and show no sign of slowing. I know how to hide, they just show through thin shirts and I can wear a shirt to keep it secret and in case of change in the locker room i just quickly touch eh before taking his shirt, but in reality they must leave. I am very confident to take my shirt and prevents me from doing anything that requires to be topless in a public pool. I also want to be sexually active in the near future, but I'm comfortable with my shirt. What I can do to rid of the swelling? I can not benefit from surgery, if you can afford it, and my mother thinks I'm more dramatic. Piercing is running? I am a child and two i inflated instead of saying that the happy little nickel is the size of the cone.

Worst mistake of my [young] life!?

I made a really bad mistake yesterday. please no rude comments. Ok so when my mom and dad and sister were at work and school i pierced the left side under my lip by myself. I know it was a horrible mistake and i totally regret it i thought i would really like it. I am not allowed to have any holes in my body except my ears. I am 15 btw. So anyway i have to hide it from my parents like every time i go inside because i am always outside with my sister i have the ring in and when they come outside i have my coverup handy with me and i take the ring out and put the makeup over the hole. I dont know how to prevent a infection so can someone please help me and my parents still dont know!

Take it off before gets worse, it will heal by itself.
