Well, I'm 13 and my birthday is December 14 gold. (Patients Duh 14). anyway i want my belly button pierced but I come, I can not convince my mother to let me. I told him to take care of his illness, severance bad for her, and his body so I know that if I did not go, then it does not have to live with her, but she keeps saying no. I really want it not please anyone have any way I can convince leave me. If yes, please tell me how! by country girl ~
Well as I am a professional body piercer, my opinion is that in the head and told his mother, if done correctly and follow the cleaning instructions should all be good, rather than you have done professionally, like other children of their peers get a job in the back, infections, etc. and want approval and they do not want to hide behind your back. And to be honest, if you're not good or if you do not you can always remove it and heal. Good luck and if you get this procedure done, just to bathe in warm water and salt, and put vaseline on the entrance and exit holes to help soften the bar, and cause less friction. Good luck

Do this excercise..it will help you relax and calm yourself.
Sit straight up and breath in a pattern…
Inhale, hold for 3 seconds
Exhale, hold for three seconds.
While keeping this pattern, imagine being in a meadow…full of beautiful flowers….butterflies, horses, and your favorite animals. You are just sitting there in peace.
Now imagine a storm coming from behind you…a vicious and scary storm…thunder lightning heavy winds….
Just as the storm gets right behind you and attempts to put you in harm, imagine a golden white light piercing the storm and shining down upon you…surrounding your body, making you feel warm and comfortable, and protecting you from the storm…feel it warming you inside, making you feel stronger, as though you can handle anything…
You can decide what to visualize. Choose a place that would help you feel relaxed. It might be a beach, near a river, Autumn, a mountain scene…etc. Try to include as many senses as you can. What do you see, hear, smell, feel or taste? You may want to try searching for “Visualization Techniques”. Good Luck.
