How long before …..?

How long before I can get a navel ring? I teach dance and is one thing each week. I I want to tear my belly with a navel piercing. But there are no weeks off in which I have no classes so I can not "Let It Be" in 6 weeks … much less than six months. How much time navel ring must stay ahead of the withdrawal for an hour or two for the class, then back ….
