Swollen Earlobe Piercing?

I got my 3rd holes pierced about a week ago with 14k white gold studs. My left ear is now swollen, almost to the point where it will start embedding. It is warm to the touch, however there is no fluid- no white puss and no clear fluid. I put an ice compress on it, and started using Bactine.
I don’t have health insurance, so it will be pretty difficult for me to see a doctor…
And I have had 12 other body piercings, with no troubles at all. I usually use Bactine or Saline Solution to heal those. For my first set of earrings (when I was I used peroxide to heal them, and they got infected with puss at one point but healed fine over time. I know they say not to use peroxide, but can it be fine on an earlobe piercing?
What is going on, and what more can I do?

Try using antibacterial ointment. I would use neosporin. You need to try that soon and see if that works before it’s too late. Just clean the outside of the earlobe with rubbing alcohol and then put some neosporin on the shack of the earring and put it in your piercing.
This is what I did when my ear piercing got infected but it had clear fluid coming out.
