effects of piercings on the body

How accurate BIA body fat?
About a month and a half, I did a test size of BF% in a health club and told me it was 18%. I exercised at least an hour every day since and have been on a diet low in calories. I not lost a single pound, but are thinner (which I see my two best abs now.) Today I bought a body fat scale, as I myself three times today at different times of day and each time was about 8-9% body fat. I heard that any person less than 10% have six pack abs, but as I said I only see my two best. In addition, 10% is much more to lose in a month and half (although I do not know much about fitness.) Everybody knows more or less exactly how are these things? In addition, piercings can affect the accuracy scales of body fat? I have three (piercings). I need to know because I have to be below 10% before I start my diet muscle strengthening.
First of all, does not make everything he does is stupid detox to get rid of its weight of water and harmful second of what I heard yes body fat scales are very accurate in saying that the best time to get the most accurate weight and body fat right when he wakes up. Now the balance is right at the exact spot, but what I heard is correct if you define the right.
Is The Ambush Bug The Most Effective Weapon Against Garden Pests?
Ambush bugs are often confused with the assassin bug. One difference is the ambush bug is stockier than the assassin bug. Ambush bugs wear the colors orange, red and yellow. It has thick front legs that are used to grab and hold on to their prey. The ambush bug has a shorter and narrower head than the assassin bug.
These bug are in the order of Hemipetra. The left footed stinkbugs are included in this order. The many bugs of this group share similar traits. They have mouths that are built to pierce into their victims and suck out their insides. Their wings are thin and clear at the ends.
Essentially the ambush bug is like an assassin bug but with a few different traits. Both of these bugs go through a metamorphosis. The stems and leaves are where they lay their eggs to hatch. As they emerge from the eggs they’re have no wings.
Most of the members in this family are predatory. These beneficial insects feed by catching prey then sucking the fluids from inside their victims. As you may know, many spiders feed this way.
The mouth of the assassin bug is shaped like a spike that pierces into the bodies of its victim. The saliva then paralyzes the food prey so the ambush bug can eat with slight resistance. The bugs’ saliva also breaks down the insides of its victim. Once it has turned into liquid, it is sucked up the same way we use a straw.
The bug is an ambush hunter. Basically, it waits for the prey to cross its path, and then grabs it. The ambush bug can fly but it is not very efficient at it. As adults they can grow to ½ inch long. The bug is not big by most standards however, they have been known to grab and eat other insects as large as a bumblebee.
