does the First Amendment protects the freedom of students in the hair length, dress codes, hair color, piercings and armbands of protest and / or nails?

I just got hired at best buy. I will start work there soon. My question is can I wear an eyebrow piercing while I’m working ? Or will my bosses say take it off? I red the dress code paper and it said any body piercing besides earings is prohibited. But is there a chance my bosses mite be ok with it ? I had another job where their rules were the same but my supervisor never said anything bout my eyebrow piercing.

I used to work there. You will have to take it out.
