ok I live in MA and I can not find places that do body piercing. Does anyone know of any place that are in mA or in neighboring countries? Thank you:]

Well I live in Massachusetts too, (obviously) and I know that in some malls The things he and stand / thingy called Piercing Pagoda store "(which has four ear piercings) Althoguh I think some of them piercing body. Banquet And Tattoo piercings do too, but are a little afraid.

Check with your local laws i dont know but this may be Statuory rape Sex with a minor and she could get arrested for it. in California she would have to register as a sex offender and that would ruin her carrier run that buy her and go to the internet and print the laws you find in your state or area
