Are there risks associated with piercings and air transport?

I intend to pierce ears at least twice, Besides the seven I have, but I'm also a long haul flight early next year (UK to Australia). I've never had real problem with the holes, and the mild dermatitis, and only asked if he could travel abroad because an unforeseen problem?

I’ve heard about people’s body’s in rare cases not going along with the implants and they had to take them out and I’m just wondering what is the risk? Anyone who knows about this pls answer, thanks

The only thing I’ve heard about for implant risks is if you have heart problems it can go really bad with the anesthesia they give you for the surgery. I also saw once where a girl got implants and had to get them taken out because her body couldn’t get use to them. You can have a consultation with the surgeon and make sure you get all the information about the risks and everything like that.
