I’m looking for a piercer/ tattoo/body piercing place in Virginia that will pierce people under 16.
I’m 15, and in January will be sixteen. My mother just agreed to get me a lip ring, and if I don’t seize this small window of opportunity I may not get one until I’m 18. SO, do you know of anyone/place that will pierce 15 year olds?
