the area around the piercing nose is black and swollen HELP!?
I have two jobs and do not allow facial piercings, I work every day, so I keep my piercing nose restraint. its made lucite (plastic). Drilling is in black and swollen. I know it's not good to use acrylic as a retainer body piercings but I have no choice, it makes little sense to change all night, I take every day. of advice on how to make the skin back to its normal color?
You must have looked like a glass of retention instead of obtaining a cheap plastic piece of garbage. Go to your piercer immediately and be seen.

do they like put a plastic thing on your mouth so that it stays open?
because i have cheek piercings and i bought clear retainers for the process that look like this

the gauge is smaller and longer and you can move how far back you want the little circle rubber piece on the tip.
does anyone know if this will be good while im undergoing surgery?
because i really don’t want to take out my piercings
In wisdom teeth removal, for your lower wisdom teeth, first your gums and teeth are anesthetized.
Then the oral surgeon cuts your gums exposing the bone and the impacted tooth. He then uses a highspeed handpiece and a round surgical bur to cut through the bone and create a space between the tooth and the bone. Afterwards a straight surgical bur is used to cut the wisdom tooth in half, breaks the tooth in half, and then extracts it one half at a time. Then the extraction wound is flushed with saline solution to make sure there is no leftover debris and is sutured up. You are then told to bite down on gauze to help stop the bleeding.
As long as your oral surgeon can access the back of your mouth and will be able to work properly even with your piercing, I don’t think it would be a problem.
