You would not have done that. If it is rejected once, there is the possibility of rejection again … and do it yourself is dangerous, in the first place. navel rings is one of the longest healing piercings and prone to infection … be careful. Be sure to clean every day.

okay, so i don’t have parents permission but i can easily fake a note if that’ll help (please don’t tell me not to go behind my mums back etc etc because i have been researching it for around a year and i know what im doing)
im gonna be 15 soon and the actual procedure doesn’t scare me at all so all i need to know is where will do it for me
i already have 2 lobe piercings and im getting rim helix soon as my friends cousin is qualified to do ear piercing but not body. the piercing i want now is bellybutton and then nose next year.
so if they wont mind bending the rules or if you think they’ll take a signed note from my “parent” PLEASE, PLEASE help me

Have you tried checking the age limit of the studio’s around you? There is no laws regarding body piercing. Bar on intimate piercings. In my studio we pierce from the age of 14. Obviously there are restrictions on this. But really research into how we work a little better.
