How can I get a body like that?
I have a stomach http://blog.piercingmap.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/05/piercing-posters.jpg plane, my abs are very strong, but I have narrow hips. I understand that it is difficult for your hips, but can someone help me? I am a rowing machine for 30 minutes a day and do 50 crunches to keep my abs toned. As it is mentioned that someone can help ABVE your hips. Thank you.
Hips are bones. You can tone them both. What does the will to stay in shape, but it's like trying to change the size of your head, your bones are of the form
Anybody religious? Especially Church of Ireland? What do you think of this?
I’m not C of I, I’m RC, however, one of the nearby C of I churches has put a poster outside, presumably in attempt to look “trendy” to attract the youth.
I think the marketing phrase “Why think church is not for you? Jesus had body piercing too” is to put it mildly in very very bad taste. If I heard a person say it, I wouldn’t be suited. The fact it is a Christian church that has said it means I’m absolutely furious.
I don’t know if this has been approved the church authorities or if it is a renegade minister.

TMIAD: The piercing relates to the crucifixion.
That minister has just managed to insult the last remaining devout members of his community, with his recruitment drive. My guess is that next Sunday, the congregation will be even smaller than before the poster went up.
I’m RC, but I find this to be in very bad taste.
