I know people with nipple piercings, if anesthesia is used, which is the pain? I have a ring of language and it was fine. Only people with Answers pierced nipples please

im goin to the philippines in august for me and my mom’s bday as a surprise for my cousins and stuff, and i want to get snakebites and/or a bellybutton piercing for my bday. i wanted to kno how old do you have to be in the philippines to get the piercing w/o ur parents. also, is there a body piercing parlor in the mall of asia? and what would be the average cost?

as far as i know no legal age for piercing.but it depends if your parents will allow you to have it
