Where can you get body piercings in Maryland?
I’m 13 and want my belly button pierced. It’s okay with my parents and everything but every place I’ve called said you HAD to be 16 even with a parent.Helllp
What the hell is up with all these 13 year olds wanting to pierce their belly button?
The only thing you can do, which are both extremely stupid and could land you in either jail or the hospital, is pierce it yourself or get a fake ID and forge your birth cirt.
