The soap I use, and said that the use by professionals, is antibacterial body wash unsent. Help keep the infection, but excessive use of it can cause dryness of the skin and can dry out your piercing. Personally I would not use the type of soap you talk a piercing, but definitely recommend the use of antibacterial shower gel.
