where in long island can i get my bellly button pierced?

i am 16 , and my parents dont like body piercings , so clearly , they wouldnt take me to get my belly button peirced. but , my sisters boyfriend is 17 , and in queens the place we went to was going to let him sign my papers for me , but the place was dirty and i decided to leave. i really want my belly button pierced . so does anyone know any good places that will take me ?
but what if i say hes my cousin ? or my step brother ?

Im sorry but no good shop is going to let a non relative/guardian sign for a minor. its illegal for them to do it so any piercer that’s even half way decent wont risk their license for it.

EDIT: Parent or legal guardian only. Every shop I’ve ever been in/worked at required each person to have an id and a birth certificate/papers showing they had custody. It is a legal thing if they don’t have those thing copied and on file they will have a huge issue. Honestly any place that doesn’t ask for it is too sketchy to even consider going to.
