I want to be a professional artist of piercing. Help?

I live in Florida. Is there a body piercer can guide me on how to obtain drilling permit and how to begin.

apprentice will have at least six months to a year before someone take you seriously as an artist .. Just go to a piercing studio and have what I want to do and how you want your help to become a professional piercer. If it is serious enough to subject, most will allow you to sit on (if the client agrees with it) and see what it's all about the customer never sees. If ready to teach art, you'll be able to take control of the beamforming and test your license. Good luck and be respectful

At what age can a minor (with parental consent) get a nose ring/body piercing in South Carolina.?

Does the minor need any sort of identification? (Such as a drivers license)

As a minor, you don’t need a license/identification when you go get a piercing, But some places do require it as a saftey cushion in possable legal disputes

you go in with your parent/guardian and tell them you would like to get a piercing, they will ask where, then they will give you paper work to fill out. It’s usually only a page long, your parent/guardian (since your a minor) will sign of for everything
they just ask you to initial and sign things like, you know all piercing comes with a risk of infection, that they are not responsible for an infection, that you see that they used gloves and sterilized equipment. and you will sometimes have to give an adress or phone number-maybe both. then the piercer-or their assistant will fill it out-if they havnt already-with their name, and their peircing license and ask for your PARENTS identification, and they will fill out their license number on the paper, as proof that consent was giving

then its on to the fun part of getting a needle jammed into your nose. Bring a camera and record it!
