Is it acceptable for an eyebrow piercing with a needle of 14 gauge to 16 gauge jewelry?

now, I know they’re really thick, and they wont fit in regular size ear piercing holes.
is tehre any way to, maybe stretch out the hole in my ear, or attempt to GET those body rings in my ear?
