What think my navel piercing infected?

I have my navel pierced 4 weeks ago on Saturday and now its bleeding .. doesent that hurt very badly in da hood bar put on my Christmas dress? the blood is in the bottom of the hood of the green bar and ISH yellow pus on top .. do not see the pictures I have seen infected navel piercing, but just make sure .. ps. my piercer told me I'm young, my body does not reject the piercing? sorry guys know its gross .. I really appreciate all the help:) xi do all soaked with antibacterial soap and clean with a mixture H2Ocean sea salt twice a day is clean:)
