Any Vitamins to help heal a new nose piercing?
I just got my nose repierced yesterday (I had it pierced about a month ago & when I was inebriated; I took it out to clean it after only a week. I know, I know, but, it made perfect sense to me at the time) and I was wondering if there was any vitamins I could buy to help my body heal itself.
I do all of the necessary measures to keep it clean, I was just wondering if there was any vitamins I could take to help it heal faster.

Vitamin E topically..it will help the peircing heel from the inside out and reduce the appearance of any scar that might show up. I’ve used it before on a rather large cut and had exellant results.Purchase vitamin E capsules at any walmart or drug store, take one and prick it with a straight pin,apply a drop or two to the sight,as often as you like,extra at night with an E soaked bandaid will help.
