What is the difference between a belly button ring ring and a bar?

Hello all, I get my belly button pierced next Monday and I was online reading about the two types of rings you pierced, and I can not find any useful information. Opinion of body image (please read description!!….pics)?

I went from 155lbs to 118lbs in the past year. I’ve ALWAYS been the fat girl & I’ve never had the confidence to wear a bikini, but I’m going to Hawaii in a week & just want the truth instead of the “you’re not fat” I hear from my husband & friends.
I just got my belly pierced (thought it might help my confidence).
PS- I’m wearing my bikini top, but I’m wearing black bottoms in the pics instead of the brown ones that go with the suit

You´re just a bit chubby but a sexy one, you look very good, rise your self-esteem and don´t worry about anything and enjoy your trip to Hawaii
