How would you respond to the lover of his fetish?

How do you react when your lover has decided to participate in your fetish. Since when have sex, he / she licked her feet, underarms, ears, body parts etc. like most fetishes, no drilling or damage as fetishes or costumes. It's more than being on a certain part of the body outside of the genitals. Let's say your lover likes to suck / Worship your feet or armpits, and you really fetishes, it bothers you so much? that enable it to continue?

i want to get my first body piercing ….?

i want to get a genital piercing… i was wondering…. after a year or so, once i take out the piercing, will i forever have a hole in my skin? or will it eventually close up over time?
and, are there such things as barbells that ARENT metal? maybe made from silicone or plasitc? if not, do the standard metal barbells sound off metal detectors?

I have 28 piercings, most larger gauge and I’ve never set off metal detectors, so you should be fine with one piercing

As far as the hole closing up, it really depends on what gauge its done at and how you heal. Usually the hole will close to a point you cannot reinsert jewelry, but it may never FULLY heal.

For the type of material, I rarely suggest anything other than surgical grade stainless steel or titanium for new and healing piercings, but you could use PTFE but make sure the material you choose is able to be autoclaved to sterilize it. Once healed you could use whatever type of jewelry you like, though I would stick with a sturdy material so it doesn’t break and hurt you (that means no acrylic, its weak and porous, so over time the jewelry will smell, badly)
