I had a tongue piercing for about 5 years now and my body rejects it. Why?
I do not know if it is linked to that I am bulimic, but this too has been going for about 8 years so my body rejects everything now?

Pros and cons of a belly button/ navel piercing?
I know they are they are the same thing, but just incase some people only knew it as a navel piercing. Anyway, I’m 14 and ever since I was 11; I have wanted a belly button ring. But my mother is against body piercings.( other than ears) I will probably get one anyway when I’m 18 but right now I want to still try to convince my mom to get one before I go to college. I have the skin for it
Don’t try to say don’t get one, because that won’t change my mind, I just want to know facts.
How big is the hole when you take it out?
How long does it take to heal/ how often should you clean it?
And how many rings should I have when I get it?
I just want some pros and cons of having a navel ring.

i got mine done when i was 13, and its been really good for me.
mine never got infected, and its really nice,
the pros i’d say are just appearance
the cons would be if you dont take care of it .. and it gets infected, or if you need to take it out for something(surgery, or modelling) then it may grow in quickly.
the hole is pretty small
and it takes a few months to properly heal if u clean it right
you should be cleaning it twice a day.
