How can I convince my mom to leave me my navel pierced, or I wait until 18?

Well, I asked my mother that I often leave my belly button pierced and she always says no. I think it's my body and I should be able to do what I want with it. I always think to go back and get it, but that is extremely disrespectful. Anyway, I'll be 18 years in August, I hope to convince or find?
