Lip piercing safe?
So recently I have taken steps closer to my piercings, and I will soon to my lips, but I decided to talk at first. I will be drilling and even talked to some of his friends. I told my brother that if the drilling bad, I can copy "lip at all'…. It seemed ridiculous .. but still. My brother sometimes (almost) right. So how I could pierce my lip FALSE? And with the exception of infection, what could go wrong with a lip piercing? Thank you in advance. =)

Is my lip ring infected? Because i am so confused.?
so i got my lip pierced in august, it never really gave me any trouble until about last week.
I think my ring was just to tight against my skin, but the back swelled up, and its sensitive.
its not bleeding or pussing. but the fact that it hurts is enough to make me wonder.
help?
oh and don’t say “its a hole in your body its not supposed to be there!’
i would only take it out if i was in serious danger.
The symptoms (pain and swelling) are consistent with an early infection. Pus and bleeding occur in later stages.
