My plan is to get my lip pierced, and I have questions?
Okay, I'm 15 and I want my piercing of the lip. My mother is perfectly fine with that and is prepared to take to get there. law states that anyone under 18 Texas can have their body pierced without your consent. Has been confused, but exactly what you need to do something … on an official document of identity for me, and a consent form notarized? Someone please explain this.
Well, when you go to get a piercing your mom has to go with you and has an identity card and that both must sign consent forms / waivers. The piercing shop should have all the proper forms ready when you arrive.
