That’s about as ridiculous as getting a Dr to do your tattoo! A Dr is qualified to heal illnesses, not to pierce and create in an artistic fashion. It is NOT what they are experienced in and it is NOT what they are paid to do. Go to a professional piercer who does it for a living. They will be clean, safe and just as importantly, artiscally adept.
