I have a new belly button piercing brand that is infected, how can I fix this?
I have my navel pierced about a week and a half, and I cleaned every day, 3 times daily with water, sea salt, as I told. But now it is red, hard around the piercing, it hurts like hell, and their secretion of cream red / white. I do not know what to do, because I keep it clean. Please help. I love my navel piercing and do not want to have to. (Get out of my body has rejected a borehole, etc.)

my pal,friend,buddy, etc, has a brand new lip ring. am I supposed to notice and say flatering things or am I supposed to just to take it in stride as if nothing has happened. She is an atractive young lady and I am at a loss as to what to do. There is a bit of a generational gap here. And I don’t want to hurt her feelings as she is a civilized yound adult who if I treat well might end up being a for real friend. You don’t give a lot of info. here. Are you a guy or a girl? Did she announce that she was going to have it done, or was it a surprise to you? This isn’t a big issue here. So your pal has a new lip ring- it’s on her face- up front and personal, there for all to see. I think she’d feel a tad hurt (though she isn’t going to show it) if you acted like you didn’t notice it, when obviously, it would be impossible to miss. Of course you have to make a comment. Just say something simple, like: “Hey, I see a new addition! It looks great!”
